全员育人视阈下易班网络思政教育的现状及对策研究

摘　　要：作为新时代背景下高校大学生网络思政教育的重要阵地,“易班”肩负着高校创新网络思政教育以及提升教育实效性的重要任务。分析当前地方高校易班推广实施工作的现状以及存在问题,旨在深入探索地方高校通过易班平台提升网络思想政治教育实效性的工作路径,进一步实现大学生日常教育管理与易班线上线下有机联动,为充分发挥易班平台的隐性育人作用提供建设性意见。As“Yiban”,an online battlefield of importance of ideological and political education for university students in the new era,will perform the tasks of innovating online ideological and political education and improving its effects,an analysis was made in the paper below of current development of Yiban in local universities and problems,aiming to discover more effective paths for these universities in the field,promote the connection between daily education and online or offline Yiban activities,and offer constructive suggestions on how to bring Yiban's implicit educational function into full play.
