摘  要:目的:探索两种杜鹃花切花开放和衰老过程中活性氧代谢及其清除系统的变化。方法:以‘红珊瑚’杜鹃(Rhododendron hybridum‘Hong Shanhu’)和锦绣杜鹃(Rhododendron pulchrum)为试验材料,分析5个开放状态下活性氧、抗氧化酶和非酶物质等10个指标的变化。结果:两种杜鹃切花O2.-产生速率和H2O2含量变化趋势不同,‘红珊瑚’切花丙二醛含量整体高于锦绣杜鹃;‘红珊瑚’切花超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性低于锦绣杜鹃切花;‘红珊瑚’切花的抗坏血酸(AsA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量整体高于锦绣杜鹃切花,谷胱甘肽还原酶和抗坏血酸过氧化酶活性在花瓣衰老时也表现出高于锦绣杜鹃切花。结论:活性氧清除系统在两种杜鹃切花开放和衰老过程中发挥的作用不同,‘红珊瑚’切花AsA-GSH循环发挥的作用要大于锦绣杜鹃切花;锦绣杜鹃切花中抗氧化酶的作用要大于‘红珊瑚’切花。Objective:To explore the role of reactive oxygen species(ROS)metabolism and its scavenging system in the process of opening and senescence of cut rhododendron.Methods:Rhododendron hybridum‘Hong Shanhu’and R.pulchrum were used as experimental materials to analyze the changes of 10 indexes,including active oxygen,antioxidant enzyme and non-enzymatic antoxidants at 5 open stages.Results:the O2.-production rate and H2O2 content and change trend were different of the two cut flowers;the MDA content of R.hybridum‘Hong Shanhu’cut flowers was higher than that of R.pulchrum as a whole;the SOD and CAT activities of R.hybridum‘Hong Shanhu’cut flowers were lower than that of R.pulchrum cut flowers.The content of ASA and GSH in the cut flowers of R.hybridum‘Hong Shanhu’was higher than that of R.pulchrum,and the activity of GR and APX in the senescence of petals was also higher than that of R.pulchrum.Conclusion:the active oxygen scavenging system played different roles in the opening and senescence of two kinds of rhododendron cut flowers.The effect of AsA-GSH cycle in the cut flowers of R.hybridum‘Hong Shanhu’was greater than that of R.pulchrum,and the effect of antioxidant enzymes in the cut flowers of R.pulchrum was greater than that of R.hybridum‘Hong Shanhu’.
