摘　　要：中耳不张(middle ear atelectasis,MEA)是耳鼻咽喉科疾病中较难治疗和处理的一种疾病。部分MEA患者接受保守治疗无法获得满意疗效,进而采取手术治疗。手术治疗MEA其目的在于帮助患者重建正常中耳通风和中耳充气。鼓膜微管置入术治疗MEA,不需要切开鼓膜,只需要将微型管置入建立良好通气,可有效改善内耳环境。本文旨在探究中耳不张概念及治疗现状的基础上分析鼓膜微管置入术治疗中耳不张的临床疗效。Middle ear atelectasis(MEA)is one of the most difficult diseases in otorhinolaryngology.Some patients with mea can not get satisfactory curative effect after conservative treatment,and then take surgical treatment.The purpose of surgical treatment of MEA is to help patients reconstruct normal middle ear ventilation and middle ear inflation.In the treatment of MEA,microtubule placement is not necessary to cut the eardrum,but only to establish good ventilation,which can effectively improve the inner ear environment.The purpose of this study is to explore the concept of middle ear atelectasis and analyze the clinical effect of tympanic microtubule implantation on middle ear atelectasis.
