摘  要:目的:评估自贡地区0~7岁儿童微量元素水平,为该地区微量元素缺乏提供参考依据及治疗策略。方法:选取2016年12月—2018年12月在我院儿科门诊体检的800名儿童,采用原子吸收光谱仪进行末梢血铜、锌、钙、镁、铁的检测。结果:本地区儿童末梢血铜、锌、钙、镁、铁的缺乏率分别为2.25%、15.38%、35%、4.25%、32.63%;5种微量元素水平在不同性别间分布水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);锌、钙、镁缺乏在不同年龄组间分布的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于0~7岁Zn、Ca、Fe缺乏的儿童,分别采取食物补充和口服药物补充的方式进行治疗,结果显示两种补充干预方式均有效,但后者疗效优于前者,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本地区儿童Ca、Fe、Zn缺乏仍较明显,为了儿童的健康成长,我们应加强科学的营养指导和宣教,必要时应辅以药物治疗。Objective To evaluate the trace element levels of children aged 0-7 years in Zigong area,and provide evidence-based reference and treat strategies for children with trace element deficiencies in the region.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018,800 children were selected from pediatric outpatient physical examination in our hospital.Five elements,including copper,zinc,c alcium,magnesium,iron,were analyzed on BH 5300 analyzer using peripheral blood samples from 800 children.Results The children's peripheral blood copper,zinc,calcium,magnesium,and iron deficiency rates were 2.25%,15.38%,35%,4.25%,and 32.63%.There were not statistically significant differences in the Five elements between boys and girls(P>0.05),But the distribution of zinc,calcium,and magnesium deficiency in different age groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).0 to 7-year-old children who were deficient in Zn,Ca and Fe,were treated with food intervention and oral drug therapy.The Results showed that both treatments were effective,but the latter was better than the former and had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The deficiency of Ca,Fe and Zn in children in this area was still obvious.Therefore,to ensure healthy development in children,enough attention should be paid,scientific nutrition guidance and education should be provided,medication should be given to when necessary.
