摘  要:为了给宁夏甜瓜白粉病防治与白粉病抗病育种的有效开展提供依据,采用不同接种苗龄、不同接种浓度、不同接种方法、接种后不同保湿时间四因素三水平(L9(3)^4)正交试验设计筛选甜瓜白粉病室内苗期抗性鉴定方法,并在此基础上在宁夏地区对23份甜瓜种质资源进行白粉病抗病性评价。结果表明,苗龄为4叶1心,孢子悬浮液浓度10^5个·mL^-1,摩擦法接种,接种后保湿36 h的处理组合为最佳的室内苗期抗病性鉴定方法;综合室内和田间鉴定结果,23份甜瓜种质资源中对白粉病免疫的材料有‘抗病F-3800’和‘1489’,发病率和病情指数均为0;高抗材料有‘新密45号’‘1464’‘绿洲红’‘Sweet’和‘美玉25号’,发病率低且病情指数均在10以下。To provide resistance germplasm and identification methods for melon breeding with resistance to powdery mildew,the resistance identification methods of muskmelon to powdery mildew at seedling stage in indoor were screened by using different inoculation methods,seedling stages,spore suspension concentrations and moisture periods which were designed by four factors and three levels(L9(3)^4)orthogonal experimental.On this basis,23 muskmelon germplasm resources were evaluated for powdery mildew resistance in Ningxia.The results showed that the optimal indoor resistance identification method of muskmelon to powdery mildew at seedling stage was the combination of 4-leaf stage,10^5·mL^-1 of the spore suspension concentration,friction inoculation and 36 h moisture.Combined results on resistance identification both in indoor and fields‘Kangbing F-3800’and‘1489’were immune,‘Xinmi 45’‘1464’‘Oasis Red’‘Sweet’and‘Meiyu 25’were high resistant.
