摘 要:为探究一种简单有效且方便快捷的大白菜根肿病抗性鉴定方法,选取感病品种‘yx55’‘y510-9’和抗病品种‘y972’‘y982’‘14CR514M-3’,对接种根肿菌的寄主幼苗的根进行相关指标统计分析和细胞结构观察。试验结果表明,感病品种和抗病品种的根毛侵染率存在显著差异,抗病品种‘y972’‘y982’‘14CR514M-3’的平均根毛侵染率分别为23.96%、22.27%、21.47%,而感病品种‘yx55’高达71.49%;同时,抗病品种‘y972’‘y982’‘14CR514M-3’相比较于感病品种‘yx55’‘y510-9’,其侵染的根毛较少且被侵染的时间短,侵染高峰时段均提前4 d。综上所述,根毛侵染率可作为大白菜抗根肿病品种早期筛选的核心指标,为大白菜根肿病的早期诊断提供简单有效、方便快捷及准确可靠的鉴定方法和理论依据。In order to explore a simple,effective and convenient method for identification of resistance to Plasmodiophora brassicae in Chinese cabbage,in this experiment,the susceptible variety‘yx55‘’y510-9’and the resistant variety‘y972’‘y982’and‘14 CR514 M-3’were selected to analyze the related indexes and observe the cell structure of root of Chinese cabbage during Plasmodiophora brassicae infection.The results showed that there were significant differences in root-hair infection rates between susceptible varieties and resistant varieties.The average root-hair infection rates of resistant varieties‘y972’,‘y982’and‘14 CR514 M-3’were 23.96%,22.27%and 21.47%,respectively,while those of susceptible varieties‘yx55’were as high as 71.49%.At the same time,it was found that the resistant varieties‘y972’‘y982’and‘14 CR514 M-3’had less root hairs and shorter infection time than the susceptible varieties‘yx55’,‘y510-9’and the peak period of infection was 4 days earlier.This study shows that the infection amount of root hairs can be used as the core index for the early screening of Chinese cabbage varieties resistant to Plasmodiophora brassicae,and provides a simple,accurate and reliable identification method and theoretical basis for the early diagnosis of Plasmodiophora brassicae of Chinese cabbage.
