摘 要:为明确四倍体‘绿叶镶边白菜’单株种子产量与其构成性状的关系,以期在新品种创制及良种繁育中获得依据,对12个单株种子产量与其16个构成性状进行了关联、通径分析及回归分析。关联分析发现,单株种子产量与二级分枝荚数、二级分枝种子数、二级分枝数、一级分枝数等4个性状关联度大,关联系数为0.826 4、0.810 6、0.783 5、0.774 9。通径分析表明,二级分枝数、一级分枝数与单株产量直接通径系数为6.086、3.500,间接通径系数均为正且数值较大,对单株种子产量贡献大。回归分析也表明,增加二级分枝数、一级分枝数对提高单株产量作用大。综合分析认为,通过增加二级分枝可有效提高单株种子产量,一级分枝数次之。In order to determine the relationship between seed yield per plant and its constituent traits of tetraploid leafy cabbage,12 seed yields per plant and their 16 constituent traits were investigated,correlated analysis,path analysis and regression analysis were carried out.Correlation analysis showed that seed yield per plant was highly correlated with four traits,which were the pod number of the secondary branches,the seed number of the secondary branches,the number of secondary branches and the number of primary branches,the correlation coefficient were 0.8264,0.8106,0.7835 and 0.7749,respectively.Path analysis showed that the direct path coefficients of the number of secondary branches,the number of primary branches and the yield per plant were 6.086 and 3.500,and the indirect path coefficients were positive and large,which contributed greatly to the seed yield per plant.Regression analysis also showed that the number of secondary branches and primary branches had a great effect on the yield per plant.The comprehensive analysis showed that seed yield per plant could be effectively increased by increasing secondary branches,followed by primary branches.
