摘　　要：对北京市一季度新冠肺炎疫情发展阶段进行划分,利用2017—2019年北京市一季度蔬菜市场价格数据拟合历年春节前后蔬菜市场行情整体走势曲线,与2020年一季度疫情期间北京市的蔬菜市场实际行情进行对比分析,研究不同疫情阶段对蔬菜行情的影响程度。对比分析叶菜类、瓜果类、块根类和葱蒜类蔬菜在疫情前后市场行情的变化特征,可知抗风险能力由高到低依次为块根类、瓜果类、叶菜类和葱蒜类。In order to study the effect of COVID-19 on the vegetable market in Beijing,the development stages of COVID-19 in the first quarter in Beijing were divided.The overall trend curve of the vegetable market before and after the Spring Festival was fitted,which used the vegetable price data in the first quarter of 2017-2019.Then,the actual situation of the vegetable market in the first quarter of 2020 was compared and analyzed.The impact on the vegetable market was analyzed at different stages of COVID-19.Before and after COVID-19,the changing characteristics of the market of four kinds of vegetable were comparatively analyzed.
