摘 要:采用2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)对纳米TiO2进行改性,然后将TiO2和改性TiO2分别加入聚氨酯(PU)胶黏剂中制备了单组分聚氨酯胶黏剂PUA和PUB。结果表明,TDI通过化学键键合在纳米TiO2表面,改性TiO2具有较强的吸收紫外线和可见光的能力。当改性TiO2质量分数为0.4%时,胶黏剂的拉伸剪切强度提高了约80%;经氙灯人工加速老化1000h后,PUB胶黏剂表面裂纹较少,羰基指数(CI)约为12;而纯PU表面裂纹宽且大,羰基指数约为45,添加改性TiO2有效提高了材料的抗光氧老化性能。Toluene-2,4-diisocyanate(TDI)was used as modifier to prepare modified TiO2 nanoparticle(named as modified TiO2).Then TiO2 and modified TiO2 were added to the polyurethane(PU)adhesives to prepare one-component PUA and PUB.The results showed that TDI was successfully bonded onto TiO2 nanoparticles by chemical bonds,the modified TiO2 had strong ability to absorb ultra violet and visible light.When the amount of modified TiO2 was 0.4%,the shear strength was increased about 80%.After 1000 h of artificial accelerated aging by xenon lamp,the surface cracks of PUB were less,and the carbonyl index(CI)was about 12,while the surface cracks of PU were wide and large,and the carbonyl index was about 45.The addition of modified TiO2 could improved the photooxidation resistance of adhesive effectively.
