摘  要:采用有机/无机复合的方法,将含氟聚氨酯(FPU)稀溶液薄涂在自制的微纳米二氧化硅/环氧树脂复合基板上制备了稳定性良好的超疏涂层。通过SEM、AFM和XPS测试,研究了超疏涂层表面的形貌和元素组成;经过表面接触角、耐腐蚀性和耐溶剂性测试以及砂纸磨蚀测试,讨论了FPU对涂层的表面性能、化学稳定性和机械稳定性的影响。结果表明,制备的超疏涂层具有良好的表面结构,对于表面张力在48.4~72.4 mN/m的液体具有超疏能力,以及优良的耐酸、耐溶剂、耐盐水和耐磨性能。A superamphiphobic coating with good stability was prepared through coating a fluoropolyurethane(FPU)dilute solution on a homemade micro-nano silica/epoxy composite substrate thinly by the method of organic/inorganic composite.The morphology and elementary composition of the superamphiphobic coating were characterized by means of SEM,AFM and XPS analysis.The effects of FPU on the surface properties,chemical and mechanical stability of the superamphiphobic coating were discussed through tests of contact&roll angle of coating surface,chemical resistance,solvent resistance and abrasive paper friction.The results indicated that the superamphiphobic coating had good surface structure.It had superamphiphobic property and good acid resistance,solvent resistance,saline water resistance and abrasion resistance when the surface tension was in the range of 48.4~72.4 mN/m.
