摘　　要：综述了玻纤增强聚氨酯泡沫合成轨枕的性能特点、应用和发展情况,介绍了聚氨酯泡沫合成轨枕的生产工艺,探讨了一体化成型技术壁垒和解决方案,并对聚氨酯泡沫合成轨枕应用前景进行了展望。The property,application and development of fiber reinforced polyurethane foam composite sleeper were reviewed.The production process of polyurethane foam composite sleeper was introduced.The technical barriers and solutions for the integrated forming process of polyurethane foam composite sleeper were discussed,and the application prospect of polyurethane foam composite sleeper was prospected.
