摘　　要：简要介绍了医疗防护服用防水透湿薄膜的功能与种类、医疗阻隔膜的机理以及热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)防水透湿膜的透湿原理与性能。比较了TPU防水透湿膜与聚乙烯微孔膜的透湿及拉伸性能,测试了TPU防水透湿薄膜的生物阻隔性能以及制作的医疗防护服的防护性能。研究和测试结果表明,用TPU防水透湿膜复合无纺布制作的医疗防护服,完全可以满足医疗防护的需求,符合国标GB 19082—2009要求。The functions and types of waterproof and moisture permeable film used in medical protective clothing,the mechanism of medical barrier film,the permeable principle and performance of thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)film were briefly introduced.Permeability and tensile strength of TPU film and PE microporous film were compared.The biological barrier property of waterproof and moisture permeable TPU film and protective performance of medical protective clothing were tested.The results showed that the medical protective clothing used waterproof and moisture permeable TPU film composite non-woven fabric could completely meet the requirements of medical protection and the national standard GB 19082-2009.
