摘 要:基于某黄金冶炼厂冰铜立式磨系统投产至今的生产实践,介绍了冰铜磨的工作原理及设备参数,分析了影响冰铜磨稳定性的因素,如喂料量、系统风量、研磨压力、选粉机转速、液压系统N 2囊的预加压力、磨机出口温度等;为应对提产压力,提出了调整挡料圈高度和降低布袋收尘阻力等措施,以提高冰铜磨系统潜能;同时,为了降低冰铜磨系统能耗,采取了提高运转率、优化工艺参数、减少系统漏风、有效利用废热等节能措施。Based on the production practice of the matte vertical mill system of in a gold smelting plant since its commissioning,the working principle and equipment parameters of the matte mill were introduced,and the factors that affected the stability of the matte mill were analyzed,such as feeding quantity,air volume of the system,mill pressure,rotational speed of separator,pre-pressure of N 2 bag in hydraulic system,and outlet temperature of the mill.In order to cope with the pressure of increasing production,the measures such as adjusting the height of retention ring and reducing the resistance of bag dust collection were put forward to improve the potential of matte mill system.And in order to reduce the energy consumption of the matte mill system,the energy saving measures were adopted,such as improving the operation rate,optimizing the process parameters,reducing air leakage of the system,and using the waste heat effectively.
