摘　　要：本文介绍了《普通话水平测试实施纲要》修订的背景、原则和意义。现行《纲要》颁行16年以来,语言文字规范标准研制取得重要进展,普通话水平测试应用技术、测试形式和服务对象均发生了重要变化。修订工作本着“总体稳定、规范科学、问题导向、适应发展”的原则,提升规范化、科学化水平,适应语言生活发展变化,解决测试实践中的问题,与时俱进推动普通话水平测试健康发展。This article introduces the background,principles and significance of the revision of the Putonghua Proficiency Test Implementation Outline. In the 16 years since the "Outline"was implemented,important progress has been made in the development of relevant standards,and important changes have taken place in the technology,work methods and service targets of the Putonghua proficiency test. Based on the principles of"general stability,proper standardization,problem orientation and development adaptation",this revision aims to improve the standardization,adapt to the development and changes of language life,solve problems in testing practices,and advance with the times to promote the healthy development of Putonghua proficiency test.
