摘 要:近年来,抗旋股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术广泛应用于股骨粗隆区骨折的临床治疗,并取得良好的治疗效果。股骨粗隆区骨折PFNA术后螺旋刀片的切割是最常见的并发症。关于股骨粗隆区骨折PFNA术后螺旋刀片切割影响因素的研究,是创伤骨科研究热点之一。据目前文献报道,PFNA术后螺旋刀片切割主要与骨折类型、骨折复位、尖顶距、螺旋刀片的位置、骨质疏松及不正确的功能锻炼等有关。本文就近年来报道文献中股骨粗隆区骨折PFNA术后螺旋刀片切割的影响因素做一综述。Proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA)is commonly used to treat intertrochanteric fractures in recent years and achieved good therapeutic outcomes.However,cut-out of helical blade is the most common postoperative complication following PFNA for intertrochanteric fracture.In the orthopaedic trauma field,it becomes a research hot spot what factors is related to cut-out of helical blade after PFNA of intertrochanteric fracture.The literature reports,the factors of helical blade cut-out after PFNA of intertrochanteric fracture involved fracture type,reduction of fracture,tip-apex distance,position of the helical blade,osteoporosis,and incorrect functional exercise and so on.This article summarizes the factors of helical blade cut-out after PFNA of intertrochanteric in recent years.
