摘　　要：我国海上风电目前处于快速发展阶段,其风险保障及转移工作至关重要。论文通过分析海上风电主要风险特点,引出国内外保险市场合同条款差异,并通过国内保险采购实例分析,论述大型海上风电项目工程期保险安排特点及经验,探索今后保险市场发展及采购策略。At present,China's offshore wind power is in the stage of rapid development.By analyzing the main risk characteristics of offshore wind power,the paper draws out the differences of contract terms in domestic and foreign insurance markets,and discusses the characteristics and experience of the insurance arrangement for the engineering period of large-scale offshore wind power projects through the analysis of domestic insurance procurement examples,so as to explore the development of the insurance market and procurement strategies in the future.
