论法治类图书对法治文化传承的作用

摘　　要：法治文化的传承需要依附于一定的载体,法治类图书是法治文化传承的重要载体之一。法治类图书出版经历了四个阶段,法治类图书具有时效性、严肃性、专业知识性、传承性等特征。法治类图书推动法治观念、法治意识、法治精神、权利观念的形成,促进法治秩序的建构和法治文明的发展法治文化的传承。The inheritance of legal culture needs to be attached to a certain carrier,and legal books are one of the important carriers of the inheritance of the legal culture.The publication of legal books has gone through four stages.With the characteristics of timeliness,seriousness,professional knowledge and inheritance,legal books has promoted the formation of legal concept,legal awareness,legal spirit and right concept,and promoted the construction of legal order,the development of legal civilization and the inheritance of legal culture.
