摘  要:为解决石油焦挥发分低、反应活性差等问题,实现石油焦的高效清洁利用,以南京和陕西某石化企业产出的石油焦为原料,进行了石油焦制浆及其成浆性、反应活性的实验研究。实验结果表明,制备出的气化、燃料和超细水焦浆质量分数分别为70%~71%、68%~69%及67%~68%,且其黏度、流动性及稳定性均能满足使用要求;采用热重分析法分析了超细化及添加助燃剂对水焦浆反应活性的影响规律,结果表明,超细化可显著降低水焦浆的挥发分初析温度和燃尽温度,而添加助燃剂对超细水焦浆的着火温度和燃尽温度具有较好的改善作用。In order to solve the problems of low volatile content and poor reactivity,and realize the efficient and clean utilization of petroleum coke,using petroleum coke produced by petrochemical enterprises in Nanjing and Shaanxi as raw material,gasification,fuel and superfine coke water slurry were prepared,with mass fractions of 70%-71%,68%-69%and 67%-68%respectively and their viscosity,fluidity and stability could meet the requirements of use.The influence of superfine and combustion improver on the reactivity of coke water slurry was studied by the thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed that the superfine could significantly reduce the volatile precipitation temperature and burnout temperature of coke water slurry,and the addition of combustion improver could improve the ignition temperature and burnout temperature of coke water slurry.
