摘　　要：热解油品的高效回收是粉煤中低温热解技术工程化应用过程中的关键所在,直接影响着热解的先进性和经济性。综述了采用油洗工艺回收含油工艺气体中油品的应用情况,包括页岩油冷凝回收技术、烯烃装置急冷工艺、生物质气化焦油脱除和回收、催化裂化急冷流程、延迟焦化急冷流程、焦炉煤气洗苯和脱萘工艺,简述了这些技术的工艺流程,分析了其主要特点。介绍了正在开发中的热解油品回收油洗工艺,针对现阶段国内新开发的小粒径煤/粉煤热解工艺,借鉴已有油洗工艺,提出热解油品回收的建议路线及油气回收中应注意的事项。The efficient recovery of pyrolysis oil product was the key to the engineering application of medium-low temperature pyrolysis for pulverized coal,which directly affected the advanced nature and cost effectiveness of pyrolysis.The application of oil-based washing technologies in oil recovery from oil-containing process gas was reviewed,including shale oil condensing recovery technology,olefin unit quenching process,biomass gasification tar removal and recovery,catalytic cracking quenching process,delayed coking quenching process,coke oven gas benzene washing and naphthalene removal process.The process flow of these technologies was described and the main characteristics were analyzed.Finally,the oil washing process of pyrolysis oil recovery,which was under development,was introduced.Combining with the newly developed pyrolysis process of small particle size coal/pulverized coal,and referring to the existing oil washing process,the suggested route of pyrolysis oil recovery and attentions to be paid in oil and gas recovery were put forward.
