摘 要:针对高湿度条件下常规Y分子筛吸附VOCs性能不佳的问题,以常规Y分子筛为VOCs吸附剂前驱体,采用气相覆硅改性方法对其表面结构进行调控。研究结果表明,改性Y分子筛结晶度为81%,孔径基本保持不变,比表面积仅下降8.1%;其对不同VOCs分子吸附容量相差不大,具有疏水性和广谱吸附性;在脱附功率800 W微波作用下脱附15 min后,4种典型VOCs分子在改性Y分子筛上均能较为彻底地完成脱附,脱附率能达到89%以上。In view of the problem of poor performance of conventional Y zeolites in adsorbing VOCs under high humidity conditions,the conventional Y zeolites was used as the precursor of VOCs adsorbent,and its surface structure was adjusted by the gas phase silicon-coated modification method.The research results showed that the crystallinity of the modified Y zeolites was 81%,the pore size remained basically unchanged,and the specific surface area only decreased by 8.1%.Also,its adsorption capacity of different VOCs was not much different,with hydrophobicity and broad-spectrum adsorption.After desorption for 15 min under the desorption power of 800 W microwave,four typical VOCs molecules could be completely desorbed on the modified Y zeolites,and the desorption rate could reach more than 89%.
