摘  要:针对碎煤加压气化产生的含酚废水在萃取脱酚过程中萃取效率不高的问题,探讨了酚氨回收装置影响萃取脱酚因素及控制要点,提出了酚氨回收装置萃取流程改进及提高萃取效率的措施。结果发现,在萃取pH较低、萃取相比较大的情况下有利于萃取,适当降低萃取塔负荷和原料水油含量,改造萃取塔填料,可有效提高装置的处理能力和萃取塔萃取效率,并降低溶剂消耗及运行成本。In view of the problem of low extraction efficiency in the phenol solvent extraction process of phenolic wastewater produced by the crushed coal pressurized gasification,the factors affecting the phenol solvent extraction of ammonia and phenol unit and the key control points were discussed,and the improvement measures of the extraction process and the extraction efficiency of the ammonia and phenol recovery unit were proposed.The results showed that the low extraction pH and high oil phase/aqueous phase were beneficial to the extraction.By appropriately reducing the load of the extraction column and the feed water and oil content,and revamping the packing of the extraction column,the treatment capacity and extraction efficiency of the extraction column could be effectively improved,and the solvent consumption and operation cost could be reduced.
