摘  要:以我国储量较大的高灰劣质煤清洁高效利用为背景,分析了高灰劣质煤高效气化转化的研究情况,系统介绍了义煤综能公司U-GAS气化装置处理高灰劣质煤的工艺要点,并根据实际生产数据,分析了气化过程的最优控制参数,在氧煤比为0.23 m^3/kg^0.28 m^3/kg、水煤比为0.55 kg/kg^0.58 kg/kg时,合成气中有效气体积分数可达62%。Based on the clean and efficient utilization of high ash inferior coal with large reserves in China,the research situation of high ash inferior coal efficient gasification and conversion was analyzed,and the key process points of Yima Comprehensive Energy Company′s U-GAS gasifier to gasify local high ash inferior coal were systematically introduced.Based on the actual operation data,the optimal gasification process parameters were explored.When the oxygen-coal ratio was 0.23 m^3/kg-0.28 m^3/kg and the water-coal ratio was 0.55 kg/kg-0.58 kg/kg,the effective gas content in the synthesis gas could be as high as 62%.
