摘 要:针对咸阳化工60万t/a煤制甲醇项目开车初期蒸汽用量紧张、系统正常运行时副产蒸汽量偏大、富余蒸汽长期放空的问题,分析了冬季和夏季全厂蒸汽平衡数据,得出了系统蒸汽不能自平衡的原因为原设计锅炉产汽量不足、副产蒸汽量过剩、空分机组达不到设计要求等。通过调整工艺、改造相关管线和设备,解决了变换系统温度偏低的问题,改造后变换废锅副产的1.3 MPa饱和蒸汽放空量由80 t/h降为40 t/h。Aiming at problems of steam consumption shortage in the initial start-up period of 600000 t/a coal-to-methanol project in Xianyang Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,excessive by-product steam and long-term venting of surplus steam during the normal operation of the system,the steam balance data of the whole plant in the summer and winter were analyzed.And it was concluded that the reasons that the system steam couldn′t be self-balancing were insufficient boiler steam output of the original design,excessive by-product steam,and the air separation unit unable to meet the design requirements.The problems of low temperature in the shift conversion system were solved by adjusting the process and reforming the relevant pipelines and equipment.After the transformation,the venting of by-produced 1.3 MPa saturated steam of the shift waste heat boiler was reduced from 80 t/h to 40 t/h.
