成都平原经济区大气污染防控的现状调查

摘　　要：成都平原经济区地处长江上游,气候垂直变化明显,静稳天气持续时间长,城市大气污染治理难度大,环境空气质量十分脆弱。根据对该区域不同年龄段、不同教育程度、不同职业人群对城市空气质量及大气污染防控现状的问卷调查和个别访谈,分析了大气污染联防联控中存在的主要问题及其原因,从政府、企业、环保组织、公民个体等层面提出了一系列有针对性、可操作性的对策建议。The Chengdu Plain Economic Zone is located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River.The climate changes vertically,the steady weather lasts for a long time,the air pollution in the city is difficult to control,and the air quality is very fragile.Based on the questionnaire survey and individual interview on the status of urban air quality and air pollution prevention and control among different age groups,different educational levels and different occupational groups in the region,this paper analyzed the main problems existing in the joint prevention and control of air pollution and their causes,from the government,enterprises,environmental organizations,indivi-dual citizens and other levels,a series of countermeasures and suggestions.
