摘  要:目的优选葆肾合剂的最佳提取工艺。方法选择浸泡时间、加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为影响因素进行正交试验设计,以葆肾合剂有效成分含量和浸膏得率为评价指标,采用多指标综合评分确定最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,浸泡30 min,煎煮3次,每次2.0 h。结论该提取工艺稳定、可行,重复性好,可用于葆肾合剂的生产。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Baoshen Mixture.Methods Soaking time,adding water amount,decoction time,and decoction times were chosen to carry out orthogonal experiment.The active ingredient content and extract yield was chosen as Baoshen Mixture’s evaluation index,and multi-index comprehensive score was used to determine the best extraction process.Results The optimum extraction process was that the added water amount was 10-fold of the herbs,soaking for 30 min,decocting 3 times with 2.0 h for each time.Conclusion The extraction process is stable and feasible with good reproducibility,which can be used in the production of Baoshen Mixture.
