摘  要:目的建立同时测定冠心苏合丸中苯甲酸苄酯、土木香内酯、异土木香内酯、肉桂酸苄酯、肉桂酸肉桂酯的气相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用DB1701毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),程序升温,进样口温度为220℃,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器,检测器温度为250℃,进样量为1μL,分流比为10∶1。结果苯甲酸苄酯、土木香内酯、异土木香内酯、肉桂酸苄酯、肉桂酸肉桂酯质量浓度在37.958~948.950μg/m L(r=0.9999),14.798~369.950μg/m L(r=0.9997),9.546~238.650μg/m L(r=0.9996),12.806~320.150μg/m L(r=0.9998),18.676~466.900μg/m L(r=0.9998)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为98.40%,99.22%,99.20%,98.69%,94.35%,RSD分别为0.58%,0.60%,0.90%,1.24%,1.47%(n=9)。结论该方法灵敏快速,操作简便,重复性好,可用于冠心苏合丸中5种成分含量的测定。Objective To establish a gas chromatography(GC)method for the simultaneous determination of benzyl benzoate,alantolactone,isoalantolactone,benzyl cinnamate and cinnamyl cinnamate in Guanxinsuhe Pills.Methods The chromatographic column was DB1701 capillary column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm),programmed temperature rise,the temperature of the injection port was 220℃,the detector was a hydrogen flame ionization detector,and the detector temperature was 250℃.The injection volume was 1μL,and the split ratio was 10∶1.Results The concentration of benzyl benzoate,alantolactone,isoelecanolactone,benzyl cinnamate and cinnamyl cinnamate showed good liner relationship with the peak area in the ranges of 37.958-948.950μg/m L(r=0.9999),14.798-369.950μg/m L(r=0.9997),9.546-238.650μg/m L(r=0.9996),12.806-320.150μg/m L(r=0.9998),18.676-466.900μg/m L(r=0.9998);the average recoveries were 98.40%,99.22%,99.20%,98.69%,94.35%,respectively;the RSDs were 0.58%,0.60%,0.90%,1.24%,1.47%(n=9),respectively.Conclusion The method is sensitive,rapid,easy to operate,and reproducible,which can be used for detecting 5 components in Guanxinsuhe Pills.
