摘　　要：目的建立同时测定利肝隆片中(R,S)-告依春、绿原酸、五味子醇甲、紫丁香苷、甘草酸铵含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用SymmetryC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为250 nm。结果(R,S)-告依春、绿原酸、五味子醇甲、紫丁香苷、甘草酸铵质量浓度分别在1.062~21.240μg/m L(r=0.9998),3.884~77.680μg/m L(r=0.9999),2.244~44.880μg/m L(r=0.9997),1.329~26.390μg/m L(r=0.9999),2.026~40.530μg/m L(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;平均加样回收率分别为99.13%,99.40%,100.10%,97.66%,98.39%(n=6),RSD分别为1.41%,2.00%,1.61%,1.57%,1.49%(n=6);4批样品中(R,S)-告依春、绿原酸、五味子醇甲、紫丁香苷、甘草酸铵5种成分的含量分别为168.46~191.83μg/g,654.28~796.35μg/g,221.24~293.44μg/g,160.88~171.63μg/g,388.74~403.81μg/g。结论该方法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于利肝隆片的质量控制。Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method for simultaneous determination of(R,S)-goitrin,chlorogenic acid,schizandrin,syringin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in Liganlong Tablets.Methods The SymmetryC18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05%phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min in a gradient elution manner.The detection wavelength was 250 nm.Results The linear ranges of(R,S)-goitrin,chlorogenic acid,schizandrin,syringin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate were 1.062-21.240μg/m L(r=0.9998),3.884-77.680μg/m L(r=0.9999),2.244-44.880μg/m L(r=0.9997),1.329-26.390μg/m L(r=0.9999),2.026-40.530μg/m L(r=0.9999).The average recoveries were 99.13%,99.40%,100.10%,97.66%.98.39%with RSDs of 1.41%,2.00%,1.61%,1.57%,1.49%,respectively(n=6).The contents of(R,S)-goitrin,chlorogenic acid,schizandrin,syringin and ammonium glycyrrhizinate in the four batches of samples were 168.46-191.83μg/g,654.28-796.35μg/g,221.24-293.44μg/g,160.88-171.63μg/g,388.74-403.81μg/g,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,sensitive and reproducible,which can be used for quality control of Liganlong Tablets.
