国产与原研注射用艾司奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血临床评价

摘　　要：目的比较国产艾司奥美拉唑(奥一明)与原研艾司奥美拉唑(耐信)治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2018年2月至2020年1月医院收治的消化性溃疡出血患者80例,采用随机数字表法按就诊顺序分为奥一明组与耐信组,各40例,分别给予国产与原研注射用艾司奥美拉唑40 mg,每日2次,持续治疗5 d。结果两组患者的出血控制、症状控制、溃疡面愈合效果及不良反应发生情况比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论国产艾司奥美拉唑(奥一明)的治疗效果及安全性好。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of domestic and original esomeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer with bleeding.Methods A total of 80 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were selected and divided into the Aoyiming group and Nexin group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.They were respectively given 40 mg of domestic and original esmeralazole for injection,twice a day for continuous 5 d.Results There was no significant difference in bleeding control,symptom control,ulcer healing and adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect and safety of domestic esmeralazole are good.
