摘  要:针对激光诱导荧光检测系统结构体积大、成本高且不利于推广应用的缺点,提出以共聚焦光路结构成像原理为基础,将LED作为激发光源并结合Zemax光学设计优化光路结构尺寸。在降低系统成本的同时达到了使其结构更加紧凑、体积较小的设计效果。同时减小了激发光能量在结构中的损失,有效地提高了系统的信噪比,顺应了POCT医疗仪器小型化、低成本、便携式的发展趋势。Aiming at the shortcoming that the structure of laser induced fluorescence detection system is large in volume,high in cost and not conducive to popularization and application,optimize the structure size of optical path based on the principle of confocal optical path structure imaging is proposed,using LED as excitation light source combined with Zemax optical design.While reducing the cost of the system,the design effect of making its structure more compact and smaller is achieved.At the same time,the loss of excitation light energy in the structure is reduced,the signal-to-noise ratio of the system is improved effectively,and the development trend of miniaturization,low cost and portable of point-of-care testing(POCT)medical instrument is complied with.
