摘 要:对于发生井喷事故的油气井,钻救援井使救援井与喷井在某个层位钻遇连通,将高密度钻井液或水泥通过救援井输入事故井是控制井喷的终极手段。为了提高两井的连通效率,提出了基于巨磁阻(GMR)传感器阵列的瞬变电磁(TEM)救援井探测系统。以瞬变电磁法救援井GMR传感器信号模型为基础,研究了救援井与事故井的磁场分布,设计了基于GMR传感器阵列的瞬变电磁救援井探测系统。模拟试验结果表明:该系统能有效提高瞬变电磁救援井探测系统的精度,为救援井与事故井的钻遇连通提供重要信息。Drilling relief well is the ultimate means to control blowout,which connects the relief well and blowout well in a certain layer to input high-density drilling fluid or cement into the accident well.In order to improve the connection efficiency of the two wells,a transient electromagnetic(TEM)relief well detecting system based on giant magneto resistance(GMR)sensor array is proposed.Based on the GMR sensor signal model,the magnetic field distribution of relief well and accident well is studied and the TEM detection system of relief well with GMR sensor array is designed.Simulation experiment results demonstrate that the proposed system can effectively improve the precision of TEM system,which can provide important information for the drilling procedure of relief well.
