摘　　要：目的探讨压力接种训练对胃肠癌化疗患者疲乏及睡眠质量的效果。方法将64例住院的胃肠道癌患者,按住院时间随机分为研究组及对照组,每组32例。所有患者进行心理护理及与疾病相关的健康教育,研究组在此基础上,给予每周1次,每次45 min共10周的压力接种训练。干预前后采用《癌症患者疲乏量表(CFS)》及《匹斯堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)》进行效果评定。结果经过10周的压力接种训练,对照组干预前后CFS及PSQI各维度得分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组CFS得分由干预前的(24.26±9.82)分降低到干预后的(18.24±8.14)分,PSQI得分由干预前的(14.22±1.21)分降低到干预后的(10.44±1.08)分,研究组干预后CFS、PSQI得分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论压力接种训练能有效降低胃肠道癌症患者的疲乏程度,进而可改善其睡眠质量。Objective To study the effect of pressure vaccination training on fatigue and sleep quality in patients with gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy.Methods 64 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into trial group and control group according to their length of stay.All patients were given psychological care and disease-related health education,and the experimental group was given stress vaccination training once a week,45 min each time,which was lasted for 10 weeks.The fatigue scale(CFS)and the pittsburgh sleep index scale(PSQI)were used to evaluate the effect before and after the intervention.Results After 10 weeks of stress inoculation training,there was no significant difference in CFS and PSQI scores before and after intervention in the control group(P>0.05).The CFS scores of the trial group decreased from(24.26±9.82)before intervention to(18.24±6.14)after intervention and the PSQI scores decreased from(14.22±1.21)before intervention to(10.44±1.08)after the intervention,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pressure vaccination training can effectively reduce the fatigue degreee and improve the sleep quality in patients with gastrointestinal cancer.
