摘 要:机体的水平衡是维持正常生命活动的基本要素。大量研究证明,长时间激烈的运动会严重破坏人体的水平衡,挑战机体的运动能力和生理健康,而运动中液体补充不足或摄入过量均会影响运动能力,增加健康风险。运动前中后的补液是为了预防和消除运动过程中脱水导致的水及电解质平衡紊乱而对运动状态产生的不利影响。针对运动对机体水合状态的影响而制定具有个性化的运动补液方案,将有助于维持机体在运动中的适宜水合状态,提高运动能力。Body fluid balance is essential to maintain normal life activities. Studies have proved that long-time and high-intensity exercise can severely break the body fluid balance and challenge the exercise performance and physical health if body fluid loss is not replaced. However,the insufficient or excessive fluid intake during exercise impairs the exercise performance and increases the health risks. The purpose of fluid replenishment before,during and after exercise is to prevent and eliminate the adverse effects of water and electrolyte imbalance caused by dehydration during exercise. Therefore,a personalized exercise fluid replenishment scheme is highly recommended to help maintain the appropriate hydration status and improve the exercise performance.
