摘 要:游牧是蒙古族传承千百年之久的传统生计方式。仰仗于游牧生产的牛、羊肉和奶食品是世代蒙古族人民的主要食物来源。但随着农耕文明的逐渐北上,传统游牧生产的主导地位不断式微,伴随其中的还有包括饮食文化在内的众多文化事项的变迁。游牧生产为蒙古族提供丰富的畜牧产品的同时,也承载着草原民族的历史与未来。作为人类社会文化的重要组成部分,饮食文化承载着传承与传播民族文化的重要职能。保护和传承优良的民族文化传统,并使之适应瞬息万变的多元现代社会是当下人们面临的重要课题。Nomadism is the traditional way of livelihood of Mongolians for thousands of years.Beef,mutton and dairy products have been the main sources of food of Mongolians for generations.However,as the agricultural knowledge gradually spread to the northern part of China,the dominant position of traditional nomadic life was weakening with the changing of food and other cultures.Nomadism not only provided people with a variety of livestock products but also stood for the history and future of nomads.As an important part of human society and culture,food culture carries the important function of inheriting and spreading national culture.How to protect and inherit the excellent nomadic culture and make it adapt to the fast-paced and diversified modern society is the important subject facing present society.
