摘　　要：分析前期接诊的新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)患者临床表现,总结其发病特点为以寒湿疫为主,并夹有燥邪。结合随访调查情况,发现恢复期患者的临证特点为客观指标无异常但自觉症状明显,且心理问题突出;其病机变化、证候表现与前期病机密切相关,主要存在虚、热、燥、寒、湿、瘀、毒等多种病机演变,核心为正虚邪恋。治疗应以扶正祛邪为基本原则,同时谨守病机,随证治之,无论邪气从寒化或从热化,都应注重补益肺脾,并根据其邪气偏盛的不同选择相应的治法,重视患者心理支持和干预。附验案一则。The clinical manifestations of patients with COVID-19 previously treated were analyzed,and it is summarized that the characteristics of the COVID-19 is damp-cold pestilence accompanied with dry evil qi.In the follow-up,it was found that although in the recovery stage there was no abnormal subjective index,patients usually were with obvious symptoms and psychiatric issues. The change of disease mechanism and symptoms were closely related with the disease mechanism in the early stage,manifesting as deficiency,heat,dryness,cold,dampness,blood stasis,and toxin with healthy qi deficiency and lingering evil qi as the core. The treatment should be based on the principle of supporting healthy qi and eliminating evil qi,and should aim at the disease mechanism with modification. Whether the evil qi transforms into heat or cold,lung and spleen should be tonified. Also according to the severity of evil qi,patients should be treated accordingly. Besides,patients should be given psychiatric support intervention. There is a case report of COVID-19 in this paper.
