国医大师张志远运用甘草经验

摘　　要：张志远教授临证善用甘草缓、和、补的特点,不拘泥于将其作为诸方的辅助品,亦常将其作为君药在方剂中挂帅使用,如与白芍配伍可镇静缓急,治疗胃痛、腹痛、腓肠肌痉挛;与茯苓配伍可益气宁心,治疗惊悸不安;与附子配伍可回阳救逆,治疗风湿掣痛不得屈伸。张老在甘草的使用上,通过对原方进行化裁,突出甘草地位,将其灵活运用于心悸、大便燥结、腓肠肌痉挛等的治疗。此外,张老亦强调甘草并非"万金油",其在使用时存在补气力小的局限和不宜久服、过服的禁忌,皆当引起重视。Professor ZHANG Zhiyuan made good use of the characteristics of Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),moderation,neutralization and nourishment. He not only used Gancao as an auxiliary medicinal,but also often used it as the chief medicinal. For example,combined with Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba) it could tranquilize and relieve spasm to treat stomach pain,abdominal pain and gastrocnemius spasm;combined with Fuling(Poria) could nourish qi and tranquilize the heart to treat palpitations;combined with Fuzi(Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) could restore yang to rescue from counterflow desertion,and could treat rheumatic pain and failing to stretch and bend. Professor ZHANG often modified formulas to emphasize Gancao,and used it flexibly to treat palpitations,dry stools,gastrocnemius spasm and other diseases. However,Professor ZHANG also pointed out that Gancao is not a panacea,for it is weak for tonifying qi and it should not be taken for a long time or over taken.
