摘　　要：李志英教授在岭南地区睑皮肤炎的治疗上具有独特的病因病机认识及临证用药经验,李教授认为本病的发病多与当地气候特点、饮食习惯及人群体质特征等密切相关,主要致病因素为风、湿、热、毒、瘀,故治疗应清热、解毒、祛风、除湿并重,同时要认识到活血化瘀的重要性,方用除湿汤加减。Professor LI Zhiying has a unique understanding of etiology and pathogenesis about eyelid dermatitis in Lingnan area,and has rich experience about the treatment. He holds that the occurrence of this disease is closely related to the local climate,diet and body constitutions and the major pathogenic factors mainly involve wind,dampness,heat,toxin and stasis,and correspondingly the treatments should be clearing heat,resolving toxin,dispelling wind and eliminating dampness. Besides,he also points out that activating blood and resolving blood stasis is important. Chushi Decoction(除湿汤) is often used for this disease with modification.
