摘　　要：C5石油树脂具有很多特点,比如增黏性好、热稳定性强、密度小、颜色浅等等。它的应用范围十分广泛,比如在涂料生产、橡胶加工、胶黏剂等方面都能发挥独特的作用。但最终得到的石油树脂产品也有许多不足,比如平均相对分子质量过大,熔融过程中不易分离等,这都会使其流动性受到影响,最终在用作路标漆加工使用时就提高了操作难度。这也是近年来C5石油树脂无法应用于其他方面的主要原因。所以,我们必须更新和完善现有的生产工艺流程,主要分析和探究的是利用间戊二烯为原料来生产C5石油树脂的具体工艺流程,希望可以对今后石油树脂的生产及应用起到良好的促进作用。C5 petroleum resin has many characteristics,such as good viscosity,strong thermal stability,low density,light color and so on.It has a wide range of applications,such as coating production,rubber processing,adhesives and other aspects,which can play a unique role.However,the final petroleum resin products also have many shortcomings,such as the average relative molecular weight is too large,and it is not easy to separate in the melting process,which will affect its fluidity,and finally improve the operation difficulty when used as road marking paint.This is also the main reason why C5 petroleum resin can not be used in other aspects in recent years.Therefore,we must update and improve the existing production process.This paper mainly analyzes and explores the specific process flow of C5 petroleum resin using isoprene as raw material to promote the production and application of petroleum resin in the future.
