大气环境防护距离划定方法的探讨

摘　　要：生态环境部颁布了《环境影响评价技术导则大气环境(HJ2.2-2018)》(以下简称2018版导则)并于2018年12月1日实施,新旧导则对于大气环境防护区域确定方法有了较大区别。主要区别体现在:1)基于的模型不同;2)计算的源强不同;3)大气环境防护距离的起点不同;4)突出的重点不同。The Ministry of ecology and environment promulgated the Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Atmospheric Environment(HJ2.2-2018)(hereinafter referred to as the 2018 version of the guidelines)and implemented on December 1,2018.The new and old guidelines have great differences in the determination methods of atmospheric environmental protection areas.The main differences are as follows:1)different models to be based on,2)different source intensities calculated,3)different starting points of atmospheric environmental protection distance,and 4)different emphasis.
