深化金融供给侧结构性改革视角下中小银行聚焦主责主业研究

摘　　要：针对中央经济工作会议提出要深化金融供给侧结构性改革,要引导大银行服务重心下沉,推动中小银行聚焦主责主业展开分析,指出中小银行在发展过程中要抓准定位,正视其在盈利模式、产品体系、科技创新以及风险管理等诸多方面存在的结构性问题。要着力尝试从人力资源保障、金融服务转变、科技含量提升和不良资产处置等方面的建设和不断完善上下功夫,以期落实金融供给侧结构性改革的具体要求,脱虚向实,进一步落实主责主业,走适合自身发展的特色道路。同时,国家要加强政策扶持力度,为中小银行营造良好的发展环境,将其打造成“小而精”的百姓身边的精品银行,为区域经济发展提供有效的金融支持。Under the background of the Central Economic Work Conference concluded in Beijing,it analyzed the conference spirit of putting forward to deepen the financial supply-side structural reform,to guide the service center of large banks to sink,to promote small and medium-sized banks to focus on the main business.Small and medium-sized banks should focus on their position in the development process and face up to their structural problems in profit model,product system,scientific and technological innovation and risk management.Efforts should be made to implement the specific requirements of the financial supply-side structural reform by focusing on the construction and continuous improvement of human resources security,the transformation of financial services,the upgrading of scientific and technological content and the disposal of non-performing assets,further implement the main responsibility,take the characteristic road suitable for their own development.At the same time,the government should strengthen policy support to create a good development environment for small and medium-sized banks,build“small and fine”people around the boutique bank,to provide effective financial support for regional economic development.
