摘 要:针对家用空调成品仓存在因出货计划不均衡导致成品装柜作业区较为拥堵、出货效率较低的问题,借鉴装箱问题理论,构建出货计划均衡改善模型,并对各时点的出货计划量进行调整。以空调分体外机出货为例,对成品的各时点的出货计划进行调整,使得出货作业达到均衡状态,并验证了改善方法的有效性。Aiming at the problem of congestion in the finished product warehouse loading operation area and low shipping efficiency due to the unbalance of the shipping plan air-conditioning finished product warehouse,the solution of the packaging problem theory and the greedy algorithm is used to build an improved model of the shipping plan and adjust the shipment plan volume at each time point.Taking the shipment of the air conditioner's external unit as an example,the shipping plan of the finished product at each time point was adjusted to make the shipping operation balance,and the effectiveness of the improved method is verified.
