摘  要:针对现有防爆变流器缺少"主动式"热损耗管理的弊端,此处提出一种基于多步长模型预测的防爆变流器热损耗优化方法。首先,离线求解选择谐波消除脉宽调制(SHEPWM)技术非线性超越方程,得到满足系统损耗最优开关角;在此基础上,引入"虚拟定子磁链"概念,并将SHEPWM作为最优开关序列的搜索起点,实现了动态条件下SHEPWM开关序列的快速、无冲击切换。最后,基于2 MW防爆变流器样机进行实验验证,结果表明所提方法稳态谐波品质优异且动态响应性能良好。与此同时,由于开关频率被限定为250 Hz,较之传统空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)方法中常见的1 kHz开关频率,系统开关频率得到有效限制。The existing design of explosion-proof converter is lack of"active"thermal loss management,a thermal loss optimization method for explosion-proof converters based on multi-step model predictive control is proposed.The nonlinear transcendental equation for selecting harmonic elimination pulse width modulation(SHEPWM)technique is solved off-line.The ideal switching angle satisfying the optimal system loss is obtained.On this basis,the concept of"virtual stator flux"is introduced.The SHEPWM is used as the search starting point for optimal switching sequence,the SHEPWM switching sequence is fast and non-impact switching under dynamic conditions.Finally,experimental verification and analysis are carried out based on the test prototype of 2 MW back-to-back explosion-proof converter.The results show that the switching frequency of the system is limited to 250 Hz,compared with the 1 kHz switching frequency commonly used in the traditional space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)method.
