摘 要:在很多应用场合中,电动机拖动着位能型负载,需要考虑位能释放时的能量回馈。针对油田抽油机系统这一特殊工况下的变频器直流母线电压泵升问题及其解决方案进行了研究,分析了四象限变频器在抽油机系统中的应用特点及优势,提出了一种针对抽油机工况的变频器控制策略。并对实际使用情况进行了电能质量测试及功率状态分析,验证了四象限变频器在油田工况中的优良性能。In many applications,the motor drags the potential load and needs to consider the energy feedback when the potential energy is released.Pumping problem of the inverter DC bus voltage and its solution under the special working condition of oilfield pumping unit system are studied,and the application characteristics and advantages of the four-quadrant inverter in the pumping unit system are analyzed.A power inverter control strategy for pumping unit operating conditions is proposed.Finally,the power quality test and power state analysis are carried out for the actual use and the excellent performance of the four-quadrant inverter in oil field conditions is verified.
