摘　　要：三电平中点箝位级联变换器(3LNPC-CC)的均压策略应保证单元模块直流侧故障后,变换器仍能正常运行。为了平衡3LNPC-CC直流侧故障后的电压,提出了一种针对3LNPC-CC的均压调制策略,该策略可在模块直流故障后,通过开关冗余矢量的转换进行容错控制,保证模块内直流侧电压稳定以及模块内中点电位平衡。通过搭建实验平台进行实验,实验结果验证了该算法的正确性及有效性。The voltage balance strategy for single phase there-level neutral-point clamp cascaded converter(3 LNPC-CC)should ensure the normal operation of the inverters after DC port failure.In order to balance the voltage of 3 LNPC-CC after DC port failure,a voltage balance modulation strategy is proposed which can ensure the voltage stability in the modules and the midpoint potential balance between modules for DC port after DC port failure through switching redundant vector conversion to perform fault-tolerant control.The experiments are carried out and the correctness and effectiveness of the voltage balance strategy are verified.
