摘　　要：社区营造不仅是我国城市规划与社区建设中的热门模式,也是实现社会治理共同体建构的有效模式。在对社区营造的深入研究中发现,社区营造的特点在于对空间与人互动关系的关注,并以此推动社区空间再造与共同体重塑。本文基于空间视角将社区空间划分为社会空间、文化空间、生态空间、柔质空间、经济空间,并分别对应社区营造的人文地景产五个议题,以解读社区营造中因地制宜的空间议题引领社区空间再生产与社区关系再生产的逻辑与实质。社区营造在空间重构中重申了空间正义、化解了社区矛盾,凝聚了社会治理共同体,有利于形成共建共治共享的基层社会治理新格局。Community revitalization is not only a popular mode in Urban Planning and community construction in China,but also an effective mode to realize the construction of social governance.In the study of community revitalization,the characteristic is to return to the attention of the interaction between space and people,to promote the reconstruction of community space and community relationship.From space perspective,the community space is divided into spatial perspective,social space,cultural space,ecological space,soft qualitative space and economic space.Corresponding to the five issues of humanistic landscape in community revitalization to interpret the logic and substance of space issues adjusted to local conditions,which to lead reproduction of community space and community relations.Community revitalization reiterates space justice,resolves community conflicts,and solidifies the community of social governance in space reconstruction.It is conducive to the formation of a new pattern of grassroots social governance of beautiful community life with collaboration and broad participation in public.
