摘 要:为了改变以大量施用化肥获取高产的理念和现状,研发香蕉最适减量施肥技术,以常规施肥量为对照,研究减量施肥对香蕉生长和氮磷钾代谢特性的影响。结果表明:不同减量施肥处理的蕉株株高生长和茎围增粗速率均比对照慢,但差异不显著,对叶片生长影响也比较小;减量施肥会导致叶片全氮、全磷含量降低,施肥最少的处理在6月期叶片氮素含量显著低于对照,而钾素含量不同处理之间差异不显著;减量施肥会降低叶片NR活性,NR活性随施肥量的减少而下降,而GS活性均高于对照,减量施肥具有提高GS活性的作用。In order to change the idea of obtaining high yield by applying large amount of chemical fertilizer,the optimal fertilizer reduction technology of banana was developed by studying the effect of fertilizer reduction on the growth and NPK metabolism characteristics of banana,taking the conventional fertilizer amount as the control.Results showed that in different treatments of fertilizer reduction,the growth rates of plant height and stem girth of banana were slightly slower than that of the control,but no obvious difference,and the leaf growth was affected little.The leaf total nitrogen and phosphorus contents decreased with fertilizer reduction,and the leaf nitrogen content in the treatment of least fertilizer was significantly lower than that of the control in June,and leaf potassium content in different treatments had no significant difference.Fertilizer reduction would decrease NR activity,while increase GS activity,and GS activity was higher than that of the control.
