稀土尾砂对任豆幼苗生长及营养元素吸收的影响

摘  要:采用盆栽控制试验,研究稀土尾砂对任豆幼苗生长及营养元素吸收的影响。结果表明,稀土尾砂中生长的任豆株高、总根长、总根面积、根体积和生物量显著低于红壤土中生长的任豆,地径和细根直径二者差异不明显。稀土尾砂中生长的任豆叶片叶绿素b、总叶绿素含量、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_2浓度、蒸腾速率均显著低于红壤土中生长的任豆。稀土尾砂中生长的任豆根中可溶性糖、总蛋白含量和叶片、根中POD、SOD活性高于红壤土中生长的任豆。稀土尾砂中生长的任豆根、茎、叶中N和P的含量显著低于红壤土中生长的任豆,叶和根中K的含量与红壤土中生长的任豆没有差异,而茎中K的含量显著高于红壤土中生长的任豆,稀土尾砂抑制任豆对N、P和K的吸收。因此,任豆幼苗可以在稀土尾砂上生长,但稀土尾砂对任豆生长、生理生化和营养物质的吸收有一定的抑制作用。The effects of rare earth tailings on the growth and nutrients absorption of Zenia insignis were studied by pot experiment. Results showed that the height, root length, root area, root volume and biomass of Zenia insignis growing in rare earth tailings were significantly lower than that in red soil, but the ground diameter and root diameter in the two soils had no obvious difference. Chlorophyll b, total chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductivity, intercellular CO2 concentration and transpiration rate in rare earth tailings were all significantly lower than that in red soil. But the content of soluble sugar and total protein in roots, POD and SOD activity in leaves and roots in rare earth tailings were higher than that in red soil. The contents of N and P in roots, stems and leaves in rare earth tailings were significantly lower than that in red soil. The contents of K in leaves and roots had no difference in rare earth tailings and red soil, and the content of K in stem was significantly higher than that in red soil. Rare earth tailings inhibited the absorption of N, P and K of Zenia insignis. Therefore, Zenia insignis can grow in rare earth tailings, but rare earth tailings has a certain inhibitory effect on the growth, physiology, biochemistry, and nutrients absorption.
