摘  要:目的了解重庆市2014-2018年青年学生群体艾滋病疫情,为青年学生艾滋病防控工作提供科学依据。方法收集国家艾滋病综合防治信息系统中2014-2018年新报告的年龄在15~24岁、职业为学生的HIV/AIDS病例信息,采用SPSS 20.0对数据进行统计分析。结果 2014-2018年重庆市共发现青年学生HIV/AIDS病例833例,占15~24岁人群报告总数的23.33%,且有上升的趋势(χ^2趋势=6.006,P<0.05)。有42.50%的病例来源于VCT,感染途径以同性性传播方式为主(80.43%)。接受首次CD4^+T淋巴细胞检测的有771人(92.56%),其中CD4^+T淋巴细胞数小于200个/μl的占8.43%,呈逐年上升的趋势(χ^2趋势=23.808,P<0.05)。结论 2014-2018年重庆市青年学生HIV/AIDS病例占青年人群病例构成比有所上升,主要通过同性性行为传播,应进一步加强青年学生艾滋病防治工作。Objective To understand the HIV/AIDS epidemic among young students,so as to provide scientific reference for AIDS prevention and control in schools.Methods The information of HIV/AIDS students aged 15 to 24 from 2014 to 2018 was downloaded from HIV comprehensive prevention and control information system,and the collected data was analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results A total of 833 HIV/AIDS cases were reported among young students during 2014 to 2018,accounted for 23.33%of the total reported young cases,which indicated a yearly increasing trend(χ^2trend=6.006,P<0.05).42.50%of the cases were from HIV voluntary counseling and testing,and the main transmission route was homosexual(80.43%).771 cases accepted CD4+T lymphocytes testing for the first time,and the percentage of CD4+T lymphocytes under200 cells/μl was accounted for 8.43%,indicating a yearly increasing trend(χ^2trend=23.808,P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of HIV/AIDS cases among young students increase from 2014 to 2018,and the main transmission route is homosexual.Preventions and treatments for young students should be strengthened.
