摘 要:目的了解城市室内环境状况,发现室内环境健康危害因素。方法分别于2018年夏季和2019年冬季对35户住宅进行室内危害因素检测,采样方法、布点原则及评价参照《室内空气质量标准》(GB/T 18883-2002)进行。结果室内PM10、CO、CO2、NO2、甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度均在标准限值内,配对资料的t检验分析显示冬夏两季室内PM2.5、PM10、CO2、NO2、甲醛浓度差异有统计学意义(PM(2.5):t=-7.151,PM10:t=-6.693, CO2:t=-3.970,NO2:t=-4.479,甲醛t=2.953,P<0.05),其中冬季室内PM2.5、PM10、CO2、NO2总体浓度高于夏季,夏季室内甲醛浓度高于冬季。Pearson相关分析显示室内空气中真菌总数与湿度存在正相关关系(r=0.244,P<0.05),真菌总数与PM(2.5)呈负相关关系(r=-0.183,P<0.05)。结论深圳市城区室内PM10、CO、CO2、NO2、甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度均在标准限值内,仍需进一步关注室内微生物因素对健康的危害。Objective To investigate the pollution level of urban indoor environment and analyze the health hazards of indoor environment.Methods 35 households were tested for indoor hazards in the summer of 2018 and the winter of 2019.The sampling method,layout principle and evaluation referred to GB/T 18883-2002.Results PM10,CO,CO2,NO2,formaldehyde,benzene,toluene,and xylene were all within the standard limits.The paired t-test analysis showed that the indoor PM2.5,PM10,CO2,NO2,and formaldehyde concentrations in the winter and summer had statistically significant differences(PM2.5 t=-7.151,PM10 t=-6.693,CO2 t=-3.970,NO2 t=-4.479,formaldehyde t=2.953,P<0.05).Indoor PM2.5,PM10,CO2,and NO2 concentrations were higher in winter than in summer,and the indoor formaldehyde concentration in summer was higher than in winter.Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the total number of fungi in the indoor air and humidity(r=0.244,P<0.05),and a negative correlation between the total number of fungi and PM2.5(r=-0.183,P<0.05).Conclusion The indoor PM10,CO,CO2,NO2,formaldehyde,benzene,toluene and xylene concentrations in Shenzhen were all within the standard limits.Further attention should be paid to the health hazards of indoor microbial factors.
