摘　　要：目的评价健康教育对鲁北地区布鲁菌病高危人群干预的效果。方法选择鲁北地区疫情上升明显的鲁北地区利国乡、下河乡、滨海乡、燕窝乡的高危人群作为干预对象,通过现场集中培训、宣传栏培训和微信平台培训等方式进行干预,干预前后采用统一自制问卷进行调查,调查结果采用SPSS 17.0统计软件统计分析。结果干预前高危人群布鲁菌病防治知识总知晓率为(54.70%)和健康行为总养成率为(54.89%),干预后分别为(74.22%)和(69.82%),差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=447.413,P<0.001;χ^2=255.328,P<0.001)。结论健康教育和行为干预能提高高危人群布鲁菌病防治知识知晓率,但离预期目标还较远,尤其健康行为养成需要长期、系统多途径规范干预。Objective To evaluate the infection and understand the epidemic trend of brucellosis in high risk population in Zhanhua District of Binzhou City,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of brucellosis.Methods The high-risk groups in the following towns of Liguo,Xiahe,Binhai and Yanwo,which had a significant increase in the epidemic situation in northern Shandong Province,were selected as the intervention objects.Intervention was made through on-site centralized training,publicity column training and WeChat platform training.Before and after the intervention,a unified selfmade questionnaire was used to investigate the results.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results Before the intervention,the total awareness rate of brucellosis prevention and control knowledge and the total development rate of healthy behaviors were 54.70%and 54.89%respectively.After intervention,the rates were significantly increased to74.22%and 69.82%respectively,which increased significantly(χ^2=447.413,P<0.05;χ^2=255.328,P<0.05).Conclusion Health education and behavior intervention can improve the awareness rate of brucellosis prevention and control knowledge in high-risk population,but it is far from the expected goal.Especially,healthy behavior development needs long-term,systematic and multi-channel normative intervention.
