摘　　要：现有的大坝安全监控系统以服务发电业务为主要目的,信息来源比较分散,数据共享程度较低,不能满足保障电网安全稳定运行的需要。基于云计算平台的网络优势和服务模式,以现有的大坝安全监控系统为基础,以服务电网安全稳定运行为目的,提出了面向电网运行的大坝安全监控云平台基本框架,并对云平台中的数据资源获取、云数据中心建设、应用软件开发等关键技术问题进行了研究。所构建的云平台,采用IaaS服务模式构建基础设施云平台,通过新一代网络技术将分散在不同水电站、数据结构不一致、各自独立运行的数据节点聚成为统一的、虚拟的资源池;采用SaaS服务模式构建终端用户云平台,为终端用户提供集多源信息融合和决策支持于一体的智能化大坝安全群控服务。The main purpose of existing dam safety monitoring systems is to serve power generation business.With the defects such as scattered information sources and low data sharing degree,it cannot meet the needs of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power grid.On the premise of network advantages and service modes of cloud computing platform,and based on existing dam safety monitoring system,the basic framework of the dam safety monitoring cloud platform for power grid operation is proposed for the purpose of power grid safe and stable operation.Key technical issues in cloud platform,such as data resources acquisition,cloud data centre construction,and application software development are studied.The infrastructure cloud platform is constructed by using IaaS service mode.Through using the new generation network technology,data nodes scattered in different hydropower stations,with different data structures and running independently are aggregated into a unified and virtual resources pool.The end-user cloud platform is built by using SaaS service mode to provide intelligent services of security control of dam group that integrate multi-source information fusion and decision support for end-users.
